Schedule assumes every trade that day wins at your payout %, using your Scheduled trades/day setting as the target pace (used as the yardstick) — override Sched Trades or Sched Payout % for an individual day if that day's plan differs. Actual auto-calculates from Wins/Losses using the standard risk formula and your global payout %, but every actual cell can be overridden by typing directly into it (shown in blue once overridden): set Wins/Losses to log what really happened — there's no cap, so a day where your risk was lower than planned and you fit in extra trades just gets recorded as-is; set Act Risk if you sized a trade differently than the formula that day; set Act Payout % if your real payout rate differed from the scheduled one (e.g. scheduled 85% but the pair actually paid 85.2%); or set Act Close directly if your real closing balance doesn't match the calculation (fees, slippage, a manual trade, etc.) — Act Close always wins as the source of truth for that day and everything downstream recalculates from it. Default risk per trade = 1% of the previous day's closing balance, snapped down to the nearest $0.10 for every $10 of balance. Storage: this page saves to a JSON file on the server (via ledger-data.ashx), so the same data is available from every device that opens this page on your network — edits autosave about half a second after you stop typing. If you edited on two devices around the same time, the last save wins, so use Reload from server after switching devices to make sure you're looking at the latest copy. If the status line above ever says server storage is unavailable (e.g. you opened the file directly instead of through IIS, or the site isn't running), your edits are only in this tab — use Export progress to back them up and Import progress to bring them back once the server's reachable again.
